Welcome to Pitch Pilot ("the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pitch Pilot dashboard, website, and related services operated by Pitch Pilot ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may register using:

• Google authentication via Supabase
• Telegram authentication

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Trial Period

New users are provided with a 14-day trial period with access to premium features. After this period expires, you will need to subscribe to continue using premium features.

3.2 Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through our payment system. Pricing, payment terms, and subscription details are provided on the Service.

3.3 Token System

The Service utilizes a token-based system for certain features. New users receive 1000 tokens upon registration. Additional tokens may be available through subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal information of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated methods to access or use the Service, except through our provided API
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

4.2 Job Feed Creation

When creating job feeds:

• You agree not to create excessively broad filters that may overload our systems
• You agree not to create feeds with conflicting filter parameters

5. Data Collection and AI Features

5.1 AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate job proposals, filter suggestions, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the quality or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

5.2 Third-Party Services

Our AI features may utilize third-party services like OpenAI. Use of these features is subject to both our Terms and the terms of these third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Service (including freelancer profiles and templates), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
